The opening hours for terrace homes at the Crace Demonstration Village have changed.

From Saturday 15 May the terrace homes at Crace will be closed on weekends. Overwhelming interest in our one and two bedroom terraces means we have a long waiting list for these terraces. You will still be able to inspect these terraces on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays but, if you're a new buyer, you should be aware that there are many people ahead of you in the queue.

From Monday through Wednesday we will also be showcasing our three and four-bedroom terraces, which are still available in future releases. So if you're in the market for a Tempo, Mondo or Quattro terrace or an urban free-standing home, please come and see us. Our popular twilight sessions on Wednesday night continue to give you the opportunity to visit after work.

You can still explore seven superb HIA GreenSmart® Accredited family homes from Canberra's leading builders and architects from Saturday through Wednesday, and our Sales and Information Office will also continue to open on those days. The Crace Demonstration Village is also a great place to see sustainability in action. The village, and the suburb itself, are GreenSmart® Accredited by the HIA and showcase many ways to make your home environmentally friendly.

Suburban display homes and Sales and Information Centre:
11am to 5pm Saturday through Tuesday, 1pm to 7pm Wednesdays
