Crace is big on space. Along with its wide, tree-lined streets, there will be parks and recreation areas. The central hilltop will be preserved as parkland, easily accessible from everywhere in the suburb. A more formal park will be a feature of the urban core, while additional green spaces will provide plenty of room to breathe.

Bike and walking paths will be a feature of Crace and 90% of homes will be 400 metres or less from a bus stop.
