The Joint Venture partners

Crace is being developed as a joint venture between Canberra’s Land Development Agency and Crace Developments Pty Ltd. Crace Developments is a consortium with Canberra Investment Corporation Ltd (CIC) as project manager and lead partner. The other consortium partners are Defence Housing Australia and PBS Property Group.

Land Development Agency (LDA) sells and develops land on behalf of the ACT Government and is dedicated to achieving new standards of innovation, excellence and value in urban design and sustainable development in Canberra.
