Masterplan

Crace is a masterplanned community. This means sustainability and lifestyle factors have been taken into account. The masterplan ensures that Crace will be easy to get around – on foot, on your bike or by car. There’s a logical, grid-style street pattern, and streets have been designed to complement the undulating nature of the site, opening up vistas to surrounding hills and views to Black Mountain and the Brindabellas.

Street trees, indented car parking and ample street lighting will make the streets of Crace inviting and safe to walk. There will also be a network of walking and cycle paths through the suburb and almost everyone will live within 400 metres of a bus stop.
