The Crace Demonstration Village is a great place to get a taste of the Crace lifestyle. We have selected our region’s top builders to form the Crace Builders’ Panel and they have nine superb HIA GreenSmart® Accredited family homes on display. While you’re visiting, take the opportunity to talk with them about house and land packages, or even a custom-designed home.

The Crace Sales and Information Office is located next to the Demonstration Village. Our sales consultants can help you select a block of land and explain the sales process. Both the Office and the Village are open 11am to 5pm Saturday through Wednesdays.
