Hilltops lights up Canberra’s skies

A special skytracker light has been installed at the summit of Crace and will light up Canberra’s skies over the next three nights to celebrate the suburb’s newest land release, Hilltops.

We wanted to mark the release with something special

“Hilltops is a very special milestone in the suburb’s evolution as we move away from the architecturally designed terraces that have been a feature until now, towards the beautiful, contemporary suburban homes that will surround the terraces and be sited in some stunning locations,” says Crace Project Director Malcolm Leslie.

“We wanted to mark the release with something special like skytracker that will highlight Hilltops, demonstrate its central, elevated location, and show just how central Crace is to the city as well as the Belconnen and Gungahlin town centres.”

The lights could be seen from as far away as Deakin in the south and Yass in the west and created lots of buzz for their first illumination. They’ll continue to track Canberra’s skies until this weekend.
