The grant, announced by Federal Minister for Housing Tanya Plibersek and ACT Chief Minister Jon Stanhope last week, means some of the cost of infrastructure at Crace, including a collector road and bus route, will be funded by the government, and savings from this will be passed on to purchasers.

It also means that land can be released for sale earlier than initially scheduled with the accelerated release of over 1000 home sites to the market. All in all, this is good news for new homebuyers.
