Suburban precinct gets going

Buyers in the suburban precinct at Crace are a step closer to seeing their dream home become reality with concrete already poured, framing completed and some roofs up on the suburb's very first family homes.
All of the Crace partner builders, including APA Homes, Classic Constructions, ADR Homes, Vogue Constructions and Today's Homes and Lifestyle, are well underway with construction activities, and new homes are starting to take shape very quickly.
Already about a dozen homes are underway and will be completed within the next four to five months.
This buzz and activity is coming hot on the heels of the new terrace homes being built throughout Crace's urban precinct and means the form of the suburb is really starting to take shape.
