House and Land Packages

At Crace, there are two ways to find your perfect house and land package.  You can choose your home first, by talking to one of our Crace panel of builders, and they’ll help you secure a block that suits it.

The other option is to start with your block. Talk to one of our Sales Representatives who will help you choose from a variety of block sizes and locations, then talk to our builders. They’ll put together a tailored package to suit your taste and your lifestyle.

There are more than 60 designs to choose from and, because our builders are familiar with the Crace Pattern Book, you can be sure your home design will receive fast approval. It’s all part of getting you into your home sooner.
