These blocks range in size from 395m2 to 449m2 and are priced from $245,000 to $265,000. Average block sizes are 397m2 and average block price is $251,000. Many of the blocks in this release face the Crace Hilltop Reserve or adjoin Gungaderra grasslands. They range between relatively flat blocks to blocks with some slope on them and fantastic views. With limited blocks now remaining from this release and offering the HAF rebate the average block size of blocks remaining is 570m2, prices from $267,500 before the rebate is paid.
