Our Sales Process

The land at Crace has been released in stages, with releases clearly advertised, and blocks sold on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Initially, in 2009, we released the first suburban blocks and a range of urban housing choices to our database, with further stages being released over following years. You can stay informed about where we’re up to by registering your details on our database. That way, we can contact you when there’s more to report.

When you buy land at Crace, a quality home is part of the package. You will have a choice of designs, developed to ensure that the suburb becomes a harmonious whole. House and land packages are now selling so contact us for more information. Alternatively, you can submit your own design to our panel.

Our sales process is designed to ensure that the streetscapes at Crace develop in a harmonious way. Part of the process is ensuring that the home you propose to build on your block complements those around it. This maintains the quality of the suburb and protects the investment you make in your home.
