We have selected a panel of Canberra’s top builders to undertake construction at Crace. Choosing one of our panel to build your new home is a sure way to fast-track your design through our approval process. All our panel builders are thoroughly familiar with the Crace Pattern Book, so whether you choose one of more than 60 existing designs or ask them to custom design a home just for you, you can be sure your home will be in harmony with the Crace streetscape.

All our builders are represented at the Crace Demonstration Village and will be happy to talk to you about your requirements.
