Andrew Sullivan and Phil Hodges have between them over 40 years experience in the building industry and have worked on some this region's best known and most prestigious developments.
"Crace is one of the newest projects we're involved in and also one of the most innovative that we've undertaken," says Andrew. "Sustainability is a big concern for us, and being HIA GreenSmart accredited, we're keen to flex our green muscles whenever we get the opportunity. Crace is really allowing us to do that, and its terrific to see how good the outcomes of a great collaboration can be."
