The Ridge Plan

This corner of Crace is tucked away from the hustle and bustle and away from through traffic. Yet,  just a minute or two will take you to Crace Central , a retail centre with supermarket, cafe and shops in the urban heart of the community. There will be a number of stages released at The Ridge. To be informed of release dates, please register on our mailing list.

Breath deeply

The largest single area of open space is the Hilltop Reserve - more than 7.5 hectares, mostly of bushland, accessible from everywhere in Crace and close to The Ridge. The Reserve will include accessible walking trails and seating, a playground, and even a community garden and bocce court.

Get Active

Crace will also have a recreation park with a tennis practice wall, multi-use courts for ball games, kick-around area and barbecue facilities. A corridor of parkland will link this to the village centre. There will also be walking, jogging and cycle tracks to get you breathing even more deeply.
